C.O.M.P.A.S.S. is a quick and easy 4 step process to allow the citizens of New Hampshire to renew their existing license plates / registrations online.
To use C.O.M.P.A.S.S. you will need the following:
To use C.O.M.P.A.S.S. you must:
- Have one of the following license plate types:
- PASS (passenger plates)
- IPASS (initial/vanity passenger plates)
- CPASS (moose plates) (moose plates with a plate type of HPASS are not able to be renewed currently using COMPASS)
- ICPAS (initial/vanity moose plates)
- Have NO outstanding fees, delinquencies or suspensions with your Town/City or the State of NH
- Reside at the same address you show listed on your last registration certificate
- Have your license plates / registration due during the month that is currently open for renewals
- Have a vehicle with a gross weight up to 8,000 pounds
- Have a vehicle body style that is not listed as Motor Home (MTRHM)
- Be 18 years or older prior to the current renewal month
- Have a vehicle that is not registered by a corporation.
